This is a settlement for the Discrimination lawsuit.
Six African Americans and one Hispanic filed a lawsuit against the car dealership alleging racial discrimination. The lawsuit claimed the plaintiffs were denied loans based on their race. Each member will receive $2000 while there attorneys split $2.8 million. (Jun-29-05)
