Iowa Settles with Two More TouchPlay Lottery Investors

The state of Iowa has settled with Greater American Distributing Inc, and Nebraska Technical Services Inc, regarding suits they brought against the state when it banned video lottery machines in 2006. The companies are just two of many suing the state becasue it banned video lottery machines in the state lottery TouchPlay program in 2006.

The settlement is for $2.9 million, and as part of the terms of the agreement the two investors will drop their portion of the lawsuit.
