Darden Restaurants Settles Potential Class Action

Darden Restaurants, the parent company of the Olive Garden and Red Lobster restaurants, has settled a potential class-action lawsuit stemming from allegations of unfair wage practices.

The company has agreed to pay $700,000 to settle, this is on top of $4 million the company previously paid to settle similar claims by employees at California Red Lobster and Olive Garden restaurants.
