A $63 million verdict has been found in the lawsuit filed by Derik and Jennifer Korzeniowski and their 61/2-year-old son Luke. The suit claimed that Luke suffered suffered severe brain damage after he was delivered with forceps, a practice which was determined to be medically unsound decades ago. (Feb-28-04)
