A $450,000 settlement has been reached in the lawsuit filed by Spanish animation company, BRB International SA. The suit alleged breach of contract regarding a letter of intent Cinar signed in November 1998 indicating the company's intention to purchase all of BRB's shares for the equivalent of $78 million.
