Corsair Excella Trailers with Norcold Refrigerators Recalled

Leaking Refrigerators Pose Fire Hazard

General Coach America Inc., is recalling Corsair Excella trailers built in 2000, and equipped with Norcold refrigerators.

The manufacturer has noted a fatigue failure in the cooling unit which contains the refrigerant, which could allow the liquid to slowly leak. They note that extended operation of a leaking cooling unit could lead to a fire from gas which might escape.
