We fell into the misfortune of having had a Mark Wenzel owned company install a defective roof on our home. Our roof leaked after 4-days and several time since than. We know that we are not alone. Problem is that he is very crafty and he has deep pockets which allows him to out spend most Plaintiffs. Not sure if complainants merely run out of money or if he eventually settles with them. Hard to find caselaw in Canada. Wenzel constantly changes the names of his Canadian Based companies. I our case, the company name has changed 4-times since 2007 and although no longer active, they have hired a Law Firm to deflect any claims. The constant lies that we are subjected to are truly unfathomable. The mental anguish is hardly bearable. I can't work, eat or even sleep properly. What needs to happen here is a class action against this man and his companies in Canada. I can and will help with that.
