This is a settlement for the Defective Product lawsuit.
Over two dozen Clayton homeowners filed a lawsuit against the renowned builder and several subcontractors alleging their houses were poorly constructed. Residents claimed their homes became unsafe after roofs leaked, water came through sliding glass doors and windows, and concrete cracked. The companies have agreed to award the homeowners a $1.5 million settlement to make necessary repairs. (Oct-17-05)

Drainage Problems Spark Construction Defect Suit

I was notified that my bathtubs were not mounted right when my home was built. Now there are cracks and leakage from the second floor tub through the top ceiling coming down to the first floor. This was a long home and the adjustors has indicated that it is a huge deal. Can you help?
