Several thousand people who were affected by a chemical leak in Crystal Springs have been awarded a $39 million settlement. In January, officials announced that the Vermont Yankee nuclear plant leaked tritium and other radioactive substances into the Connecticut River and this month, officials revealed that strontium-90, a very dangerous isotope that is linked to bone cancer and leukemia, was found in the soil. It may also be in the river. It is yet to be determined whether this leak is an environmental concern. READ MORE

My family and I lived on North Jackson St at J&G trailer park for several years. Would we bbe eligible to file on lawsuit of Kuhlman Electric?

My birth certificate address is less than a mile from where this happened! I lived in this area more than half my life and I'm 32 yrs old....my two daughters and I have asthma. ..except my son who wasn't born in the area! I've had different complications and I didn't know about the case. ...is there anything I can do

I am 37 years old and I lived by the city pool in Crystal Springs for 10 years. I suffer from kidney stones in both kidneys, Intersticial cystitis, also known as (IC), I have a mitral valve prolapse, inflammable bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, erosive gastritis, and many more problems. I believe it's al related to the water from Crystal springs..is it too late for me to get in on the lawsuit.
