Fiat has accepted a $2 billion settlement which terminates an option that could have forced General Motors Corp. to purchase 90 percent of Fiat's auto unit. The companies have agreed to dissolve a 2000 partnership pact, and GM will return its 10 percent stake in Fiat's auto division. (Feb-13-05) [ABC NEWS]
