A $92 million dollar settlement has been reached in the lawsuit filed against the Guidant Corp. subsidiary EndoVascular Technologies Inc. The company pled guilty to 10 felony counts for putting a defective product, Ancure Endograft, on the market. Ancure was used to treat abdominal aortic aneurysms. (Jun-13-03) [FORBES]
