One of California's largest health insurers has agreed to pay the Tenet Healthcare Corporation $28.5 million to resolve outstanding claims. The lawsuit claims arose before their new contract that provides 2.4 million members of Health Net with access to health care services provided at Tenet California's 17 hospitals throughout the state.
