A Los Angeles-based law firm is investigating claims involving Marriott timeshares and the Marriott Rewards Program. They are interested in interviewing Marriott timeshare owners who have either purchased a Marriott timeshare (in the U.S.) or stayed at a Marriott timeshare property (in the U.S.) within the last three years.

Further, they are investigating the Marriott Rewards Program and claims where Rewards Members were not awarded "points" for all the dollars they spent while staying at a Marriott timeshare property.

the short of it; Stayed at Isla Marriott Resort in San Juan 01/2016
Because of rudeness requested a refund and am to receive refunds on parking and resort fees. ok yet I thru a tantrum because I wanted all my points back. Because they refused to acknowledge a waitress suggesting I sit on a strangers lap,(another mans lap) I pushed it to where they are now saying they are going to cancel my card. If I cancel it it is better than them canceling on a credit bureau. Because they acknowledge the same level of rudeness I received at their resort by threatening to cancel my card, why is it I cannot get the same in return for what was clearly vulgar as well?
