Dallas Cowboys

Walter Smith of Impact Images filed a lawsuit against the football association for copyright infringement. The Cowboys allegedly used a photo of Emmitt Smith kneeling on the star in the middle of Texas Stadium in promotions and advertising campaigns. The Dallas Cowboys have agreed to pay the photographer a $275,000 settlement over use of the copyrighted photograph. (Jun-06-05) [PHILLY NEWS]
