This is a settlement for the Commercial lawsuit.
Horizon Offshore, Inc. filed a lawsuit against the company for breach of contract and wrongful withholding of amounts due to Horizon for services provided on a pipeline project in 2003. A $4.8 million settlement has been awarded to Horizon for breach of contract. (Jul-07-05)
