A $900,000 settlement has been approved in the lawsuit filed against the Pizzeria Uno Chicago Bar and Grill of West Dekalb Pike in King of Prussia, and the restaurant's various holding companies in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. The suit was filed by a couple who claimed that the restaurant served alcohol to a visibly intoxicated woman, which resulted in an auto accident that killed their 22-year-old son.
