Mequon, Bayside, Fox Point and River Hills

Twenty year old Matthew Sheridan suffocated to death while in Mequon police custody on June 19, 2004. Police officer Gregory Klobukowski put a vinyl biohazard bag over Sheridan's head that lead to his accidental death. Matthew's parents are set to receive a $1.25 million settlement from Mequon while Bayside, Fox Point and River Hills will pay the remaining $250,000 for the wrongful death of the Sheridan's son.
