This is a settlement for the Automotive lawsuit.
A $14 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of customers who you purchased or leased a car or truck from any one of the company's dealerships between January 1996 through December 31, 2002. The suit alleged that the company violated the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act by charging inflated prices for title and tag fees. (Sep-21-04)
