I was assigned to the Department of Army. Aviation and Missile Command (formerly Missile Command MICOM) as Emergency Essential Mandatory Worldwide Mobile and was subsequently sent to Kuwait, Kosovo, and Baghdad, Iraq. As part of my deployments, I was Mandatorily Required to take many doses of the ANTHRAX VACCINE as part of the requirement for employment. I started having some problems with pain in my joints and muscles and over the course of time; these symptoms have progressed to the point of almost immobility. After much research by myself, I feel that the Anthrax Vaccinations are probably at fault. If there are any Class Action Lawsuits being sought, I would like to join in the quest for compensation.

In 2007, I received the first 3 of 6 doses of the Anthrax vaccine, during pre-deployment muster and in country. In January of 2008, I received dose 4, which is the first live spore dose. Immediately, within 24 hours I broke out in hives from head to toe and had to return to the medical facility. They prescribed benadryl and it seemed to work for a few weeks, then they prescribed attarax and allegra, which worked. I am still taking attarax and allegra 14 years after my first allergic reaction. 2 years and 2 months later, I had my first episode of Multiple Sclerosis. I am 100% P & T for MS, service connected. I still suffer from hives and a moving rash from anthrax and I am currently being treated for MS. Is there any legal remedy for me other than the VA?

I joined the army in Jun of 1999, I was stationed in Korea in Apr 2000 so I was forced to get the anthrax vaccination In March of that year. I believe I had a total of 8 or 9 anthrax shots, I have my medical records available with lot numbers also.

I received the anthrax vaccine in Ft Leonard Wood and in South Korea in 2000...do I qualify? I have breathing problems and have been using a cpap to sleep since I got out of the Army. I have neuropathy and sciatica and major back problems. I haven't felt the same since I took the first anthrax vaccine.

HI, I developed Lupus a few years ago and I was medically discharged from the Air force in 1999 due to migraines that got even worse after I received the anthrax vaccine. I am 100% disabled and "unemployable". Are there any class action lawsuits that I would be eligible for against either the Air Force or the vaccine manufacturer? I have no idea what batch of vaccines mine was from.

I am a retired Army Blackhawk pilot. I have had the Anthrax vaccines 7 times. I am experiencing many of the symptoms which I have read from articles online. I am seeing doctors for the symptoms so everything is documented. I just recently learned my symptoms could be possibly related to the numerous Anthrax vaccines. Are you guys able to help? It was mandatory to take the anthrax vaccine in 1996 in the military. I have had chronic fatigue since i got out of the military, severe brain fog, and pain/tingling and numbness throughout my entire body.

On May of 2000 I received an Anthrax Vaccine from Lot # FAV048B
I am having multiple issues health wise.

I was forced to take 5 Anthrax Shots in 2003. 4 of the 5 that I took were of the contaminated lots that the Tulane University Study identified as bad lots. I have developed a whole host of problems and was medically discharged from the military due to illnesses that I developed after taking the shots.
