Larry Nighswander and Ohio University. Rebecca Humes received a $350,000 settlement for dropping her sexual harassment suit against Larry Nighswander; former director of Visual Communications at Ohio University. Humes alleged Nighswander made inappropriate comments and fondled her breasts during a topless photo shoot. The university, the university insurer and the professor paid Humes to drop the case.
