Water Delivery Truck

In August of 2002 Gary Qualles was hit by a water delivery truck after it ran a stop sign in Wallkill, Orange County. The 38 year old chauffer was left partially paralyzed from spinal cord injuries after this pick up truck was totaled. The other driver's insurance has agreed to an out of court settlement of $18.9 million. (Apr-18-05) [WSTM NEWS]
