University of Alabama at Birmingham

The United States Government is set to receive a $3.39 million settlement from the University for allegedly misleading health science sponsors. The UAB, the UAB Health System, and the Health Services Foundation allegedly misled federal grant sponsors and have agreed to pay the US Government for the civil litigation.
