The class is the perfect option for those who have previously suffered a shoulder injury, people with chronic shoulder pain and those with unstable shoulders, according to the news provider.

The cost to participate in the six-week series of classes is $60 and class sizes are limited to just 12 students, according to the news provider.
The program was reportedly established by Andria Davis, a certified yoga instructor and professional whitewater paddler who has suffered a number of shoulder injuries. Davis put together the yoga treatment program to help strengthen her shoulder and now teaches the technique to others.
According to the National Library of Medicine, other standard treatments for shoulder injuries include ice, elevation, exercise, medicines and possibly surgery as a last resort.
