That's the concern after packages containing frozen vegetables sold by Wal-Mart nationwide and Kroger stores in the Southeast may contain glass fragments, according to a CNN report yesterday. The supplier, Pictsweet, announced the voluntary recall Friday.
There was no word as to how the glass fragments may have entered the product, or how large or small the fragments are.

Pictsweet Co. is based in Bells, Tennessee. There have been no injuries reported thus far and the manufacturer is offering a full refund for any product returned to the point of purchase. Pictsweet is also promoting a toll-free number for consumers who have questions.
The vegetables are marketed as store-brand products.
