"The defendants were negligent and the vessel was unseaworthy," the lawsuit states.
Chambliss claims that in addition to the physical injuries he suffered, he has also experienced mental anguish and lost wages. As a result, he is seeking more than $75,000 in damages, according to the lawsuit.
