Kansas City, MOA man who stands accused of killing a 12-year old boy and seriously injuring two others in a car crash appeared before a judge in Jackson County circuit court this week.
Clayton Dunlap was allegedly high on PCP when he slammed his car into Sabrina Kneisley's car, which was waiting at a stop light at US 71 Highway and Gregory Boulevard. Sabrina's son, Damian Slayton, was killed, while Sabrina and her boyfriend were hospitalized with injuries. Sabrina appeared in court for the arraingment, in a wheelchair. It was the first time she had left the hospital since the accident.
Dunlap is charged with second degree murder, driving with a revoked license, resisting arrest, and driving under the influence. Police records also show that Dunlap had been cited 33 times for prior traffic violations, and cited for driving with a suspended license 13 times.
