Small Plane Crash Kills 4 Family Members

Lander, WY: People searching for the wreckage of a small plane crash in Wyoming have reported finding the plane late Monday in the rugged Wind River mountains.

According to the Fremont County Sheriff's Department Officials the plane was carrying four people, all of whom died in the crash. They are 40-year-old Luke Bucklin, who was the pilot, his 14-year-old twins Nate and Nick and 12-year-old son Noah. The family was from Minneapolis.

The plane reportedly left the Jackson airport in a snowstorm on October 25, and disappeared from radar about an hour after take-off. Officials say searchers found the wreckage in a boulder field on a steep mountainside.

A friend of the family told the Austin Daily Herald, that the family had been in Wyoming for a wedding and vacation. Luke Bucklin's wife and another son took a commercial flight home.
