Rite Aid Corp.

A verdict has been reached in the personal injury lawsuit filed against Rite Aid Corp. on behalf of 42-year-old Ellen Levy Gray. The company has been ordered to pay the Maryland woman $250,000 to compensate for incorrect advice given on an information pamphlet which was enclosed with her prescription medication. Levy Gray became permanently disabled when she took her Doxycycline medication as directed by the pamphlet. (May-30-03) [SEATTLE PI]
