A $1.8 million verdict has been found in a wrongful-death lawsuit filed on behalf of a North Carolina woman whose daughter died in a parasailing accident at the hotel. A federal jury found that the resort's water-sports vendor was negligent during windy conditions. (Sep-05-03)
