A $70 million verdict has been awarded to Scott Van Dyke of Houston, and his company Anglo Dutch Tenge. The suit alleged that Halliburton and Ramco Oil cheated the plaintiff out of his chance to develop an oil field in Kazakhstan in the late 1990s. (Oct-25-03)
