A $200,000 verdict has been reached in the lawsuit filed by Colonial Heights City Councilman J. Chris Kollman III regarding statements made by the defendant during a campaign season. The suit alleged "impairment of reputation ... and professional harm," caused to Kollman as a result of false statements made by Jordan in two newspaper ads printed just days before voters went to the polls in May 2002.
