A $105 million verdict has been found in the lawsuit filed on behalf of the family of Tristin D. Little Sr. who was killed in 2001 by the defendant, a former city police officer. Price believed that Little was having an affair with his wife, however he testified that when he shot Little he was acting as a trained officer because he thought Little might be carrying a weapon.
