A $4 million verdict has been reached in the lawsuit filed on behalf of the family of Missouri Gov. Mel Carnahan. The suit alleged that the airplane part maker was legally negligent before the plane crash on Oct. 16, 2000 that killed the Governor, his son and an aide. (Jan-16-04)
