A $43.1 million settlement has been reached in the lawsuit filed on behalf of the San Francisco Unified School District. The suit was filed in reference to the company's 1999 contract to install energy-saving devices including boilers, remote-controlled heating equipment, trash compactors and software, which were intended to help the district save money on energy charges.
