A settlement has been reached with Foot Locker Inc. on behalf of Kevin Dunbar and an advocacy group for gays and lesbians. The former employee claimed he was harassed by supervisors and co-workers and has received an undisclosed monetary settlement. He got lucky. I knew someone who did not and lost their job when they demanded a fair working place. First thing was bullying, for example dressing too professionally, yes that's right, when ever she wasn't smiling the team would loud whisper asking if she was on her period. The second was sexual harassment. I saw the whatsapp messages l, at least two men. Then she was begging for her job. She was a single mother with no network. She signed an agreement and after couldn't talk about it anymore, but I know there is more. I saw her the other day waiting tables as she cant find a job in her profession anymore.
