Estate of Tipton v. Estate of George
Danita Tipton, chief warrant officer in the Army, lived in fear of her ex-husband, Willie George. Her bullet-ridden body was found in her home, which George had doused with gasoline and set on fire. George was later found dead in his car which had crashed into a tree.
