Tory Spelling has settled a lawsuit with Alcira Boone whom the Beverly Hills 90210 actress allegedly hit with her Cadillac Escalade at a busy California intersection. Boone reportedly received a broken shoulder and other injuries when she was struck by Spelling's vehicle. The actress claimed the sun was in her eyes. The two women's attorneys reached an agreement in judge's chambers by jotting contract specifics on a legal pad just minutes before the imposed deadline would send the lawsuit to trial.

"It was sort of a last-minute, steps-of-the-courtroom settlement, but at the end of the day a fair resolution was reached," said Boone's lawyer, Lee Egerman. Neither side would disclose details of the settlement. [FOX 23 NEWS]
