Patrick Conley

The real estate investor violated federal lead-paint disclosure rules in the sale of six houses. Conley has agreed to pay $20,000 to the US Environmental Protection Agency. Lead disclosure rules require landlords, real estate agents and property managers to notify renters and buyers of lead paint problems. Conley and three of his companies were charged with selling six residential properties without proper warnings. Most of the properties that Conley sold were in low income neighborhoods.
