Tyson Foods

The poultry processing giant has agreed to spend more than $850,000 to settle a federal lawsuit over ammonia emissions from two of its Western Kentucky broiler houses. The Sierra Club and three Western Kentucky residents filed charges against the company who has since agreed to plant buffer tress to absorb odors. (Jan-27-05) [KATV 7 NEWS]
