Alabama Spam Ring

Damon DeCrescenzo and David Burstyn sent over 250 million illegal spam emails and must now pay a multi-million dollar settlement to EarthLink. The spam ring allegedly used false names, addresses and corporate entities. EarthLink is becoming an advocate for consumers against spam; previously winning $16.4 million from the Buffalo Spammer.
