This is a settlement for the Antitrust lawsuit.
A dozen antitrust lawsuits were filed against the Minnesota manufacturer. The suits sought class action status and purchasers of transparent tape claimed the company competed unfairly and unlawfully monopolized the tape market. The proposed settlement amount was undisclosed to public. (Feb-25-05)
