83 Year Old Driver

Marcus Watkin was riding motorcycle when struck by an elder driver in July of 2002. The Shropshire man was left permanently paraplegic and must now use a wheelchair. The elder driver has remained unnamed but has agreed to a 4.4 million pound settlement and surrendered his license for the rest of his life. (Mar-07-05) [SHROPSHIRE STAR]
