City of San Diego

The city has agreed to pay the state of California $1.2 million to settle a sewage spill lawsuit. The money will be used to monitor water and trace for contamination. In 2000, the city has 365 sewage spills, 33 of which were residential. (Mar-10-05) [SIGN ON SAN DIEGO]
