Amstan Truck Driver
This is a settlement for the Car Accidents (National) lawsuit.
A settlement of $4.8 million was reached in a claim filed on behalf of Karrie Lee arising from a collision with a tractor trailer in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. Karrie was hit broadside by an Amstan truck which was speeding and ran a red light. Karrie suffered multiple injuries including an open depressed skull fracture and was in a coma for 9 days. The case settled on the fifth day of trial in the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. (Mar-22-05)
