Sheldon Gotschall was making a delivery for his employer when struck by another car which broke his neck and set the truck on fire, killing him instantly. Sherah Bennett, the driver of the car, was found innocent of aggravated vehicular homicide by reason of insanity as she suffers from Bipolar disease.
