Culligan Water

Waddah Mustapha discovered a dead fly in his bottle of water and claims to suffer from nervous shock, emotional distress and resulting anxiety, depression and physical and psychological conditions. Mustapha claims he is unable to sleep for more than 4 hours a night, he has lost his sense of humor and he cannot drink or bath in water since the incident.
