Resurgens Surgery Center

Former medical practice administrator Robert J. Allen blew the whistle on the orthopedic outpatient surgical clinic. The center at St. Joseph's Hospital allegedly billed Medicare and Medicaid fraudulently. Resurgens has agreed to repay the federal government $3.8 million, of which $1 million will go to Allen.
