Super Steel Schenectady Inc. is set to receive a $5.5 million payment from the state to halt a train project. The company was contracted by the state to build seven Turboliner trains to serve on a high speed rail corridor between New York City and Albany. The project was costing millions to complete and wouldn't deliver what was intended. (May-28-05)
