Music executive Steve Popovich of Cleveland International Records filed a lawsuit against the music company for allegedly failing to place a company logo on Meat Loaf's album "Bat Out of Hell." The plaintiffs were represented by Webster Kvale LLP and the case resulted in a verdict of $5,057,916. (May-28-05)
