After becoming pregnant, Caprice Walker was fired from her job at Whelan despite her doctor's release to work without restrictions. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit against the security company alleging pregnancy discrimination. Walker was awarded a $50,000 settlement. (Jun-03-05)
